Hello Florida Realtors and Brokers,

I wanted to let you other real estate professionals know that if you have any clients in Florida who are facing foreclosure and you yourself aren't interested  or don't have the time or patience to be involved in negotiating a short sale for the seller with the lender, that I am offering my services to other Realtors and Brokers to help you get the property sold and a commission in your pocket.

I'm one of these people who enjoys the challenges of short sales, I know, call me goofy, but I've been doing them very successfully for more than a year and I take a lot of pride in my rate at successfully closing them. Plus, what have you got to lose other than all the hard work you already put into marketing the listing? My fees are, in most cases, paid for as part of the closing costs by the lender.

So if you are like most Realtors out there who have several clients that could benefit from a short sale, then take advantage of my services. I have been mainly sticking to Palm Beach, Martin, and St. Lucie Counties but I am willing to negotiate short sales for anyone in Florida.
