As I research property to list and show property to sell I am totally amazed at the values (bargain prices, if you will) that are out there right now!  To me this is a great time to buy real estate if you are in the position to do so.  Interest rates are way down, prices are way down - people are very hopeful about our country and new government - and it seems like a good time to buy property.
